5 geburah (strength)

The fifth stage is called Geburah, strength. It represents the power to carry out cosmic law, thereby enabling cosmic justice.
At the stage of Geburah, success or failure are the result of being in or out of accordance with Divine Law. It is a process of reduction, elimination, sacrifice, discipline, severity and fight.
In our personal lives, Geburah represents the ability to set force behind our principles, the energy and discipline that is necessary to bring ideals into being.
The sword represents power exercised by the individual under perfect self-control. And perfect self-control means "according to cosmic law". Your true will is the will of God.
